US Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) 2022 (Fully Funded) | Scholarship Guide

The US Global Undergraduate Exchange Program will accept new applications in 2022. International applicants can apply for a fully-funded scholarship exchange program in the United States through the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD). The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (also known as the Global UGRAD Program) offers one-semester scholarships for community service, professional development, and cultural enrichment, as well as full-time graduate studies for leading students from around the world.

The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program is sponsored by the US State Department and funded by the US government and administered by World Learning. Since 2008, World Learning has offered this opportunity to over 2,500 UGRAD students worldwide. Members leave the United States with the tools to become leaders in their calling and networks. Around the world, UGRAD graduates are eager to earn Fulbright Awards, senior temporary employment, and employment in business and government in their home countries and territories.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants interested in an undergraduate exchange program in the United States must meet the following eligibility criteria to study abroad on a fully funded Global UGRAD Exchange Program.

  • International students can apply for the UGRAD program in the USA (list below)
  • Students must be enrolled in undergraduate courses at a public/private university.
  • Applicants should be over 18 years of age.
  • You must have a solid command of written and spoken English (some finalists can do English training)
  • Eligibility to start studies in the USA in August 2021 or January 2022 (selected participants cannot be postponed to a later date)
  • Eligible for the US Student Exchange Visa (J-1) required for the program.
  • Permission from a doctor to participate in the program.
  • He decided to return to his home country after completing the program.

Promote mutual understanding between the peoples of the United States and other countries.
